Our Allies at the Hunger Games fansite, The Hob contacted Hugh's publicist recently to inquire on the possibility of him being cast as the District 12 Mentor. Although The Hob could not find out whether Hugh had been approached for the role, his publicist did confirm that he will be unavailable to take on the part.
Hugh's publicist told The Hob:
He isn't available at this time. He's filming and there are other commitments stuck in a que. I wish I could create extra hours in the day.
Don't we all? Anyone have a time turner?
So, now with Hugh apparently out of the picture, we turn to other possible choices. Another favorite, Robert Downey, Jr, has always seemed like a bit of a "dream" to many to take on the role. Perhaps it's time to start crossing those fingers tight for dreams to come true?
